Delivery Address

We require the recipient of any order to sign as an adult. We strongly advise you to provide an office or company address as the “Shipping Address” when checking out, as our third-party delivery partner will not deliver a product unless an adult signs it. Using a company or office address will make delivery easier because an adult will be around to accept the box and sign for it. Items can’t be shipped to Post Office boxes, APOs, or FPOs. You will be liable for any return shipping costs if your order is mailed to an incorrect address. A 10% fee can be incurred if you are forced to cancel because of an incorrect address.

Price & Availability

Price and availability are subject to change without notice. Once your payment is confirm we will try to ship your order within 3 to 5 business days and during the holidays some orders may take a little longer. If you place an order and an item is out of stock we will contact you and ask if you would like a refund or if you would like to wait until we receive the product. If a product is out of stock at the store it can take up to five business days for us to receive the product from the distributor. Due to demand and availability, we cannot guarantee that orders will be fulfilled if you order a limited or seasonal release.
